Genoa – A day full of creative activities, dedicated to children and their families, to round off the Christmas holidays. This is what the Mignanego Social Cooperative, a non-profit organization engaged in social inclusion paths, for Saturday 8 January with “I want a January with the April sun”.

The event, whose title is based on a verse from the famous “New Year’s Nursery Rhyme” by Gianni Rodari, includes a series of reading workshops, fairy tales from the world, musical and theatrical activities aimed at children aged up to 10 years and their families, which will take place in the evocative setting of the Cloister of Santa Maria di Castello, in Genoa, at two different times: from 10 to 12.30 and then from 15.30 to 18.

The workshops, carried out with the Vico Rosa team, in collaboration with Trill argento, Compagnia del Suq Genova, Teatro dell’Ortica and Circolo Vega arciragazzi, are part of the events planned by “Il Magico Sestiere di Natale” of the Sestiere del Pier and provide songs, musical instruments and games, but also magical stories to fully experience the winter atmosphere and a theatrical show called “Natalina Elfa Naughty”, which will take the little ones directly to the North Pole in the fantastic world of Santa Claus and the Befana.
